Navigating to Pasay’s Historic Arena: Transit Overview
Located at Derham Park along Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City, Cuneta Astrodome is one of the most accessible indoor sports arenas in Metro Manila. Whether you are arriving for a heated Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) showdown, collegiate championships, or entertainment concerts, planning your public transit route ensures you reach your seat well before tip-off.
1. Commuting via LRT-1 (Light Rail Transit Line 1)
The Light Rail Transit Line 1 offers the fastest and most dependable transit corridor to Cuneta Astrodome, bypassing heavy peak-hour road congestion along Taft Avenue and EDSA.
- LRT-1 Gil Puyat (Buendia) Station: The most recommended transit hub. From the station, exit at the Southbound side along Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia). Take an orange or white multicab/jeepney heading west towards Roxas Boulevard/World Trade Center. Drop off at the corner of F.B. Harrison St. or Derham Park (travel time: 7-10 minutes, fare approx. ₱13 – ₱15).
- LRT-1 EDSA Station: Ideal for spectators arriving from Southern Metro Manila (Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Cavite). From EDSA Station, board a jeepney or bus bound for Manila via Roxas Boulevard or F.B. Harrison Street, alighting directly at Cuneta Astrodome Gate 1.

3. Ride-Hailing (Grab) & Taxi Advice
For ride-hailing services such as GrabCar or metered taxis, set your drop-off pin to “Cuneta Astrodome South Gate” (facing Derham Park) or “F.B. Harrison Street Entrance”. During major PBA finals or sold-out concerts, setting your destination to F.B. Harrison Street allows you to bypass the heavier traffic queues along Roxas Boulevard service road.
